Introduction
At Pymond, our aim is to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience every time you engage with us. Occasionally, however, we understand that you may need to return items you've purchased. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for items bought on Pymond, acting on behalf of our sellers. Additionally, it specifies instances where we will not accept returns or issue refunds.

Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
Subject to the guidelines outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy, sellers on Pymond typically allow returns for most items within 7 days after delivery. We do not entertain returns beyond this period for any reason. However, this does not affect your legal rights against the seller. You can return items purchased on Pymond within the stipulated period for the reasons listed below:

We will only accept returns of items that are unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with their original packaging and seal intact where applicable. This condition applies unless the item became defective after delivery or became damaged or defective after reasonable use during the returns period, as per manufacturers' guidelines where applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned. Additionally, items that may deteriorate or expire rapidly are not eligible for return. You are entitled to return and refund for these items only if you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or a fake or inauthentic item. Returns or refunds for these product categories due to change of mind are not permitted.

Customized items, made, configured, or inscribed to your specification, are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.

Items damaged after delivery, used, or worn, are not eligible for return unless they became defective after reasonable use during the returns period. If an item is covered by a warranty and becomes damaged or defective during the warranty period, it is not covered by this Returns and Refunds Policy but by the seller's warranty.

Packaging Returns
When returning an item, ensure it is in the exact condition as received from Pymond, with its original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they are packaged properly to prevent damage.

Do not include any item unrelated to the returned item in the packaging. Remove all personal data from the item, and ensure any associated accounts are delinked. Pymond will not be responsible for any items mistakenly included in a returned package or for any data breach resulting from failure to remove personal data.

Refunds
If your return is accepted, or if you order but do not receive an item, we aim to refund you the purchase price within the specified period mentioned on the return timelines page.

For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded for the full cost of delivery of the returned items, once the return is processed.

If the return is not due to Pymond's error or the seller's error, you will not receive any refund on delivery fees. The refund request form will specify available payment methods for receiving refunds.

Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Forfeiture
All returned items are inspected to verify the reasons provided for return. If your return request is not approved, you will not receive any refund of the purchase price or delivery fees. We will make two attempts to redeliver within 3 business days.

If both re-delivery attempts fail, we will notify you that we will hold the item for a further 30 days. If you do not collect the item within this period, you forfeit it, and it becomes Pymond's property. Pymond may dispose of it as deemed appropriate, such as by sale, donation, recycling, or destruction.

No Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
